6 Fresh Photo Booth Templates We’re Offering in 2026 (and When to Pick Each)
One of the small but genuinely fun parts of planning a photo booth for your event is picking the print design. It’s the souvenir your guests walk away with. The thing they’ll stick on a fridge, tuck into a wallet, or post to Instagram at 11 PM. It should look like your event, not like generic stock.
We just added six new template sets to what Presto can offer clients across Vancouver, Victoria, and Nanaimo. After almost 2,000 events since 2005, I’ve developed a pretty good sense for which template actually belongs at which kind of event, so here’s the quick tour.
All six ship with matching 2×6 photo strips, 4×6 postcards in both portrait and landscape, animated overlays, and welcome screens for the iPad or mirror booth. The whole experience from tap-to-start to printed strip stays visually consistent.
1. Burgundy Party: Classic Wedding Elegance

Deep burgundy red, silver accents, soft floral motifs. If your wedding is going for the word “elegant” over “trendy,” this is the one.
Best for: formal weddings, engagement parties, black-tie galas, and any event with a jewel-tone palette. Pairs especially well with winter weddings in Vancouver and upscale receptions at places like the Fairmont Pacific Rim or Hotel Grand Pacific.
Skip it if: your wedding palette is pastel or bright. The burgundy will fight your florals.
2. Night Club: High-Energy DJ Nights

Bold gradients, neon accents, dynamic textures. This one is loud and looks like the cover art on a dance single.
Best for: corporate after-parties, club takeovers, DJ-forward weddings, prom and grad events, and anything where the dance floor is the main attraction. It pairs especially well with our Silent Disco or Lighting & Special Effects add-ons since the template’s energy matches what guests are seeing on the floor.
Skip it if: your event is a cocktail reception, family-heavy, or wraps before 9 PM. This template belongs to the late-night crowd.
3. Green Celebration: Garden Weddings and Nature Events

Lush greenery, gold accents, delicate florals. Our most versatile “soft elegant” template of the set.
Best for: outdoor weddings (VanDusen Botanical Garden, Cecil Green Park House, Butchart Gardens), anniversary parties, bridal showers, and anything with a botanical or natural aesthetic. Especially strong for late spring and summer weddings on the Island.
Skip it if: you’re leaning modern and minimalist, or going dark jewel-tone.
4. Purple Birthday Party: Milestone Birthdays with Glam

Lustrous purple, glittery accents, gold textures. Hits the sweet spot between “cute birthday” and “grown-up glam.”
Best for: Sweet 16s, 21sts, 30th birthdays, quinceañeras, and bridal showers. If the birthday honouree loves the idea of “elevated sparkle,” this is the template. It also holds up for milestone anniversaries where the hosts want something richer than a plain gold theme.
Skip it if: the event skews very young (under 12), or the venue has a strongly masculine palette.
5. Silver Party: Disco Glam and Milestone Events

Shimmering silver with disco ball elements. Our favourite of the six for anything that wants to feel like a proper party.
Best for: NYE parties, 25th anniversaries (the silver year, naturally), milestone birthdays, and corporate holiday parties with a glam theme. The grayscale design is unusually flexible because it pairs with almost any accent colour your venue or decor is using.
Skip it if: your event has a strong warm-toned palette (reds, oranges, rusts). The silver will feel cold against it.
6. Gold Party: Upscale Birthdays and Anniversaries

Radiant yellow-gold background, pearlescent accents, ornate gold frames, butterfly overlays. The most opulent-looking of the six.
Best for: 50th birthdays, golden anniversaries, upscale corporate galas, and any celebration where the honouree wants the template itself to feel like a gift. It works beautifully in venues with dark wood or rich decor, because the gold pops against darker backgrounds.
Skip it if: your event is casual, rustic, or an under-30 crowd. The gold reads as formal.
