Our design team creates a template based on your colors, theme, logos, or creative direction, sends you a proof for approval, and loads the final design onto the booth before your event.

How Does the Custom Template Process Work?

After you book your photo booth, our team reaches out to gather your design preferences. event colors, logos, fonts, theme references, or any specific ideas you have in mind. We create a template design and send you a digital proof. You review it, request any changes, and approve the final version. The approved template is loaded onto the booth before your event. The turnaround from initial design to approval is typically one to two weeks, though we can accommodate rush timelines if needed.

What Can Be Customized?

Everything on the template is customizable. the layout (how many photos per strip, the arrangement), the color scheme, background patterns and textures, text (names, dates, hashtags, messages), logos and monograms, and graphic elements. For weddings, couples typically include their names, wedding date, and a design that matches their invitation suite or event decor. For corporate events, companies include their logo, event name, and brand colors. For parties, anything goes. themes, inside jokes, custom illustrations.

What Print Formats Are Available?

We offer several print layout options depending on your booth type: classic 2×6 photo strips with two, three, or four photos per strip, 4×6 postcard-style prints with one or two photos, and custom sizes for specific booth configurations. The most popular format is the 2×6 strip with three photos. it is the format guests recognize and love, and it fits perfectly in a wallet, on a fridge, or in a scrapbook.
