How Does It Work?

The audio guestbook is styled as a vintage telephone. typically a rotary or classic handset mounted on an elegant stand. A small sign invites guests to pick up the phone and leave a message. When they lift the handset, they hear a short recorded greeting (which we customize for your event) followed by a beep. They leave their message, hang up, and move on. The whole interaction takes about 30 to 60 seconds per guest, so it does not create long lines or take guests away from the party for extended periods.

All messages are recorded digitally and delivered to you after the event as audio files you can listen to, save, and share. We can also compile them into a single edited recording if you want a continuous listening experience.
